Add Users From Normal User Account in Linux with Sudo command.
1. Log in as root user.
2. Make an entry for user in sudoers file.
# visudo
# username ALL=(ALL) /usr/sbin/passwd
3. Switch as normal user.
# su – username
4. Add user from this normal user account by sudo command.
# sudo useradd amit
give password of normal user account and press enter.

You are done.
